The idea for Propel all started when someone asked me "what would it take for you to stay in Chatham-Kent?" This sparked a passion for small communities. I was tired of seeing youth leave to bigger cities and feeling that same pressure myself.
I thought, rather than leave, why not stay and contribute to the growth of Chatham-Kent and make it what I want it to be?
When we propel the marketing for businesses, it has the Propel Effect: when you create thriving businesses, it inspires more locals to start businesses, encouraging people to stay or even move to the community.
This ultimately propels the local economy, youth retention, and the community as a whole.

Growing up in the small community of Chatham-Kent, Madison developed a deep appreciation for the power of community and growth. That passion has become her purpose, creating a business that serves as a vehicle for growth, both for businesses and for the individuals on her team. There's no coincidence that the name, Propel, is synonym for growth. Madison aims to create opportunities that allow others to grow and succeed. She is impact-motivated and leads with the mindset of providing value and making a meaningful difference in everything she does. Her goal is to create an environment where growth is not just a possibility but a guarantee, helping others see their highest potential and step into it.
In recognition of Propel’s success, Madison was awarded Young Business Individual of the Year in April 2023.
Madison takes pride in the company's role in helping local businesses thrive, providing job opportunities for youth, and fostering personal growth for her team.
