The new (and admittedly terrifying) things we’re doing in 2026…

To go where you’ve never been, you can’t keep doing what you’ve always done. New results require new actions. And if you’ve never done it before, that’s exactly the point.

Growth doesn’t come from repeating old habits.

It comes from expanding into decisions that challenge you, stretch you, and move you closer to the version of your business you’re becoming.

With that in mind… here are the new (and admittedly terrifying) things we’re doing in 2026:

1. Scaling beyond Chatham

Chatham is the reason we found success so early on and will always be our home and HQ.

But we’re officially breaking out of Chatham exclusivity and stepping into a broader market.

I held onto this boundary for too long, but I’ve realized something important:

To serve our community at a higher level, we have to remove the ceiling.

Expansion creates opportunity, for us and for the clients we support.

2. Doubling up on industries

As long as brands aren’t in the same service area, we’re now opening the door to serving more than one business per industry.

This allows us to support more incredible companies without compromising loyalty or performance.

3. Going more virtual

This creates more physical expansion for the business and more freedom for our team.

We believe our best creative work happens when work complements life, not the other way around.

That’s where inspiration flows. That’s where synergy happens.

4. Entering a new country

A big leap… but an aligned one.

Growth requires stepping into markets that stretch you beyond your comfort zone.

And I’ll be honest:

All of this feels scary because it represents change.

And part of me resisted making these moves because I didn’t want to be seen as “changing my mind.”

But the truth is:

Holding onto old versions of your business is often the very thing that keeps you stuck.

You can’t reach new levels by staying loyal to old patterns.

You can’t evolve while clinging to what feels familiar.

If you’re feeling that too, let this be your reminder:

✨ You’re allowed to change direction.

✨ You’re allowed to grow.

✨ And it’s not just allowed, it’s essential for your company, your team, and your own evolution.

The discomfort isn’t a warning sign. It’s evidence you’re expanding.
